ENI AKPODIETE
A graduate of the University of Nigeria, Eni was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1982. He has advised and acted for institutional and individual clients in several Oil and Gas, Banking and Commercial and property related transactions. He is a chartered arbitrator, and is a resource person with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria).
He has also sat as arbitrator in construction and commercial disputes. He is a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. He acts as secretary to the boards of Cameron Offshore Systems Nig. Ltd., Hazcon Nigeria Ltd., Cascara Catering Ltd. He has been appointed by shareholders as Liquidator and by a bank as Receiver. He is the managing partner of the firm.
TEMPLE O. WAAMAH
Mr. Temple Waamah was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1985 after taking a law degree from Thames Valley University, London. He has considerable experience in trial and appellate advocacy in Nigeria representing institutional, corporate and individual clientele in every court in Nigeria. He was Vice-chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Port-Harcourt branch.
KELECHI K. UBANI
Kelechi was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2002 after undergoing his university training law in Nigeria’s oldest university, the University of Ibadan. He has litigated several electoral issues for Rivers State’s Independent Electoral Commission. He also acts for clients in litigation relating to banking, industrial law, property law, and company law. Kelechi has considerable appellate exposure.

Efe obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Benin in 2006, and thereafter attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos campus. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA).Her areas of interest include; criminal law practice, civil litigation, corporate and commercial law
AGHOGHO F. OKPAKO
Aghogho took his law degree with honours from Madonna University Okija, Anambra State.
He did his National Youth Service in a law firm in Minna, before joining this firm. He recently concluded a master’s degree in Maritime and Commercial Law at the University of Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom.

Mr. Otuonye is in his 28th year of practice and is a graduate of University of Nigeria. Otuonye who in 1993, co-founded AKPODIETE & OTUONYE is currently on assignment in the British West Indies with Government of Turks & Caicos Island (TCI) where he recently served as Chairman, Public Service Commission and is now serving as the Director of the Integrity Commission. He has been involved in Law Review and was also Attorney-General of the East Caribbean nation of Montreal.
FRANCIS ELECHI
Francis took an honours degree in law from Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt and a Master of Laws (Commercial & Corporate Law) from the University of London. After his call to the Nigerian Bar in 1988, he cut his teeth in a strong litigation firm in Port Harcourt and headed the Port Harcourt branch of a commercial law firm. He was Company Secretary of Aker Nigeria Ltd, Bonny Allied Industries Ltd., and Epic Leasing & HP Company Ltd.
He is a Notary Public, a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators (ICMC) of Nigeria, International Bar Association (IBA) and Rivers State Economic Advisory Council.
Francis has oversight for developing the practice of the firm and is currently developing STERLING LAW ALLIANCE's Infrastructure Finance, Trusts & Estates practice,

She holds a 2nd class honours degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and was called to the Bar in 2000, and since then has been into active legal practice. She has worked with the law firms of E. G. Umasabor & Co. in Benin City, as well as I. O. Ahize & Co. Port Harcourt, Rivers State, before joining Francis Elechi & Associates which has recently merged with this firm.

EMMANUEL WOSU
He holds an LLB (Hons) Degree from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. Shortly after his call, he worked with Okey Wali & Co. in Port Harcourt, before joining Francis Elechi & Associates which has recently merged with this firm. Emmanuel undertakes a lot of litigation in the firm at trial and appellate level
Professor Enyinnah Sodienye Nwauche
Professor Nwauche is a consultant to the firm. He is an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University, (formerly University of Ife), Ife. He was Dean of Faculty of Law, Rivers State University of Science & technology, Port Harcourt. Prior to this, he served a sabbatical term as Fellow Max Planck Institute of Public and International Law, Heidelberg, Germany. He was Director, Centre for Advanced Social Studies and until recently, Director-General Nigeria Copyright Commission. He is currently a member of the Rivers State Economic Advisory Council.
